The high priority goal of management and the entire staff at TDF Steel is to best meet the expectations of our customers. Therefore management and all colleagues regard the wording
„Quality is the way we rise”
as a practical guideline. In this sense our manufacturing process is structured according to the
MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015
directives.Gaining and, of course, maintaining the trust of our customers is one of the strongest motivations of TDF’s policy. Thus we work together to fulfil quality requirements of the customer, and as a result, to minimize additional costs caused by insufficient product quality.
Quality assurance is a vital part of our business strategy. The quality management system comprises all areas concerned during the manufacturing process, such as purchasing, manufacturing, quality control, and shipping.
To put these objectives into practice, not only all staff members are requested to adhere to the quality guidelines, but to actively participate in the improvement of our quality measures. Regular vocational trainings help to raise quality awareness of our colleagues.
