Material preparation begins with cutting sheet and profile materials, carried out in the TDF Steel Ltd. pre‑assembly hall using state‑of‑the‑art cutting systems.

Throughout the process, the high focus on precision ensures that raw materials perfectly meet welding and machining requirements, guaranteeing the consistently high quality of the final products.

Our machine park includes CNC oxy‑fuel and CNC laser cutting machines, CNC plasma cutters, CNC-controlled press brakes, and blasting systems.

These systems represent the latest technology and guarantee high‑quality, efficient production as well as full compliance with industrial manufacturing standards.

Sheet Metal Cutting

Laser Cutting

Our BLSN 6020 4 kW laser cutting machine offers a maximum processing size of 2000 × 6000 mm with material thickness up to 15 mm.

The modern laser unit, with a working area of 600 × 2000 mm and 4000 W power, enables precise cutting of sheet materials from 0.8 to 20 mm thickness with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm.

Fast lens change and automated software ensure simple and efficient production of complex geometries.

The machine is equipped with an automatic storage system enabling continuous operation without an operator and drastically reducing lead times.

Fiber laser technology is not only more cost‑efficient but also environmentally friendly due to its reduced energy consumption.

Plasma Cutting

Oxy‑Fuel Cutting

We cut unalloyed and low‑alloy structural steel with thicknesses ranging from 30–200 mm and plate sizes up to 2000 × 12000 mm.

Our CNC oxy‑fuel cutting machine BPL‑H 2006‑300‑EP‑3D operates on pure propane and ensures smooth, precise cutting surfaces even on the thickest plates in accordance with EN ISO 9013:2002 (E) Class 2.

Oxy‑fuel cut surfaces are manually ground before blasting to guarantee a high‑quality final result.

Band Saw Cutting

Our industrial band saw is ideal for precise cutting of various steels, metals, plastics, ceramics, and special materials.

Our press brake APHS61600‑6‑D69T‑2LK120 has a maximum bending length of 6100 mm and a pressing force of 6000 kN (600 tonnes).

Our CNC machining center SANCO SHB 110 30RS offers a maximum machining range of 3000 × 1800 × 1500 mm and meets accuracy class IT6.

The FERMAT WFT13 machining center allows machining up to 5000 × 2500 × 2000 mm and also fulfills IT6 precision standards.
